📌 Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges in case of:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective item received
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp or Instagram with:
- Order number
- Clear unboxing video
- Clear pictures of the issue
⚠️ No claims will be accepted without a proper unboxing video recorded from start to end.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Change of mind
- Liking/disliking the product
- Slight color differences (due to lighting or screen resolution)
- Jewelry damaged due to wear, misuse, or improper handling
- Customized or made-to-order jewelry

🚚 Return Shipping
- If the fault is from our side (wrong or damaged item), return shipping will be covered by ElvaJewels.
- If the return is requested for any other reason (if approved), customer will bear the return shipping cost.
📦 Important Notes
- Jewelry must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
- Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
- ElvaJewels reserves the right to accept or reject any return request.
