At ElvaJewels, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect and pack every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, please read our return & refund policy carefully before placing an order.

📌 Returns & Exchanges

  • We only accept returns or exchanges in case of:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective item received

     

    Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp or Instagram with:

  • Order number
  • Clear unboxing video
  • Clear pictures of the issue

⚠️ No claims will be accepted without a proper unboxing video recorded from start to end.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Change of mind
  • Liking/disliking the product
  • Slight color differences (due to lighting or screen resolution)
  • Jewelry damaged due to wear, misuse, or improper handling
  • Customized or made-to-order jewelry

💳 Refund Policy

  • If your claim is approved, you will be offered:

    • A replacement, or

    • A store credit (preferred), or

    • A refund (only in special cases)

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed via:

    • Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa

  • Processing time: 7–10 working days after approval

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the fault is from our side (wrong or damaged item), return shipping will be covered by ElvaJewels.
  • If the return is requested for any other reason (if approved), customer will bear the return shipping cost.

📦 Important Notes

  • Jewelry must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
  • ElvaJewels reserves the right to accept or reject any return request.
